Today, I begin celebrating my 40 day approach to 40 years
old. Boom! A year ago, I promised myself
I would be better, do better, and accomplish several lifelong goals. It all started as an innocent attempt
to “checklist” my way to feeling okay with turning 40. Desperate, maybe. Like any good story, my project evolved
into lesson on honoring the beauty and wisdom that only comes with age. Only something a 40 year-old can say....
